More than one-third of those we serve are children under age 18, and many are elderly. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, 1 in 5 families with children are food insecure.
We cannot do it without you. In order to help our community in need, we need your support.
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Newton Food Pantry and our clients. Below are some ways that you can get involved today.
We are always happy to welcome new volunteers. Volunteers MUST BE 13 years or older to be eligible for any of our positions. Please head to our Volunteers page for important availability and application details.

This volunteer-led initiative, organized by the Newton Food Pantry in collaboration with other local organizations, joins a growing network of other community fridges in the Greater Boston area and throughout the country.
