Last month Project Bread kicked off its 50th Walk for Hunger. The Walk will take place on Sunday, May 6 on the Boston Common. Money raised by the Walk supports hundreds of anti-hunger programs in Massachusetts, including the Newton Food Pantry’s. Please consider joining and register today at

A huge shout out to Brownies Troop 62737 who visited the Newton Food Pantry last week and donated MANY boxes of cookies. The troop learned all about the NFP and what it does to help our community. Thanks again to the wonderful generosity of Brownies Troop 62737!

Last week, teachers from Brown Middle School dropped off over 180 bags of donations collected for the Newton Food Pantry in a targeted drive run by the 6th Graders. Thank you so much for your commitment and generosity. We are very grateful!

Zervas Elementary School holds School-wide Collection for NFP
