Newton Turkey Trot 2017 

What an amazing turnout for this year’s Newton Turkey Trot! The Newton Food Pantry collected more than 30 bags of groceries (over 300 donated food items) throughout the event. Officially the event raised $6,000 for the Newton Food Pantry. Thanks to all our wonderful volunteers who helped out during the race and cheered on runners.

Angier Elementary School Food Drive

Last week parents from the Angier Elementary School PTO visited the Newton Food Pantry to unload roughly 50 boxes of donations they collected from their recent Angier school community food drive. A tremendous effort by all and we are so grateful!

Cub Scout Pack 355 Newton Supports the Pantry

A HUGE thank you to Cub Scout Pack 355 Newton who visited the Newton Food Pantry twice over the last couple weeks for service days, bringing over 100 BAGS OF GROCERIES (close to 1,600 pounds)! Thanks for all your efforts, we are so grateful.
